All shoes listed on our website are pre-owned or secondhand, unless clearly stated otherwise. We carefully curate and inspect each pair for quality, condition, and authenticity.
2. How do you ensure hygiene and cleanliness?
We take hygiene seriously. Every pair goes through a thorough cleaning and sanitizing process before being listed for sale. Shoes are disinfected, deodorized, and inspected to ensure they’re clean, safe, and ready to wear.
3. How do I know what size will fit me?
Each product page includes the exact size, brand, and fit details. We recommend comparing the listed measurements with a similar pair you own. You can also message us for specific fitting advice.
4. Can I return or exchange the shoes after purchase?
Due to the nature of used goods, all sales are final. However, if you receive an item that is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll assist you. However, for any manufacturing defects, you are covered with a fourteen day return policy. 100% of the price will be fully refunded with no conditions.
5. How do I place an order?
Browse our collection and when you find a pair you like, simply contact us via WhatsApp, phone, mentioning the Product Code. We'll confirm availability and guide you through the payment and delivery process.
6. What are the available payment methods?
We accept cash payments, bank transfers, and selected mobile payment options. Payment details will be shared upon order confirmation.
7. Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we operate online only. You can browse the collection through our website or social media. If you'd like to inspect a product before purchase, we can arrange a physical inspection by appointment.
8. Are all products authentic?
Yes. We only deal in genuine branded footwear. Our team verifies the authenticity of each item before listing. We do not sell fake or replica shoes.
9. Can I sell my used shoes to you?
Yes! We're always looking for quality pre-loved footwear. Contact us with clear photos, size, brand, and condition details, and we’ll let you know if we’re interested.
10. How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but we typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Local pickup options may also be available.
